BUCK – A 105-year-old firm that is just getting started. We are hiring for a Team Leader - Pensions Administration. The role can be remote or based at our regional offices in Ipswich, Edinburgh, Manchester, or Bristol.

About Buck: We provide leading pensions administration solutions supporting various pension schemes, including DB, DC, CARE, and Hybrid plans, with compliant documentation and a user-friendly digital platform for participants.

How you'll make an impact: We seek a Team Leader with proven knowledge of pension administration (full lifecycle) and results-driven experience in third-party administration. You will manage a team supporting occupational pension schemes, ensuring standards and deadlines are met, with previous management experience essential.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing expert pension advice, staying updated on technical and legislative changes, handling errors and complaints, motivating and developing team members, overseeing payrolls and pension increases, conducting internal audits, and driving process improvements.

About You: Extensive experience with occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid), knowledge of pension projects, and ideally QPA or PMI qualification. Minimum of 2 years in senior or deputy team lead roles, with proven skills in pension calculations, staff management, and client relations. IT literacy and understanding of professional ethics are required.
