With a strong foundation in marketing and product management, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across our Home Fragrance and Bath & Body categories—supporting product development and go-to-market execution. You will assist in designing development for NPD projects across key categories, coordinating with the wider team to ensure brand alignment. This role also involves strategic analysis and optimization of our product catalogue, both core and new, helping shape the future strategy of our brand portfolio.

This is a temporary full-time position for 12 months.

What you'll get to do

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

  • Contribute to the development of 3-year marketing plans and long-term portfolio vision aligned with brand objectives.
  • Assist in shaping the category strategy for Home Fragrance and Bath & Body, including product development and go-to-market execution.
  • Support planning and execution of brand collaboration projects.
  • Conduct competitive landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities across key product categories.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Perfumery and Packaging teams to drive innovative and timely product development.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Supply & Demand Planning teams to ensure operational alignment and excellence.
  • Partner with the Head of Product Management to engage regional teams and ensure consistent global implementation of brand initiatives.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

  • Support ongoing analysis and optimization of the product catalogue, including performance reviews of both core and newly launched products to inform launch and discontinuation strategies.
  • Contribute to creating NPD Launch Reports in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Monitor market pricing trends, maintain competitor pricing ladders, and support the development of a robust global pricing strategy.
  • Assist in preparing regular market update reports to ensure transparent communication of project progress and timelines across all stakeholders.

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Assist in design development for NPD projects across key categories, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CPS, Packaging, Perfumery, Legal, etc.) to safeguard project timelines and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with design agencies to ensure on-time delivery of creative assets (concepts, prototypes, final artworks).
  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure consistency and alignment in product storytelling across channels.
  • Provide all necessary product and brand information to Perfumery and Education teams to support successful launches and in-store activations.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3-5 years of proven project management experience with retail products, preferably in the health and beauty sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering practical solutions through teamwork.
  • Proficiency in French is a strong asset, given the frequent collaboration with French teams (packaging, perfumery).

  • An entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work culture
  • A range of learning and development opportunities
  • An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow
  • A competitive compensation & benefits package
