Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management and program oversight in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong capability in roadmap planning and milestone tracking with executive-ready status reporting.
• Deep understanding of penetration testing delivery models and offensive security, not hands-on execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to drive decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience running governance forums with KPI reporting and action follow-through.
• Proven people management including leading and developing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor management for penetration testing delivery, including performance management and issue resolution.
• Establish delivery standards and ensure vendor adherence across the program.
• Run vendor governance cadences and maintain KPI-driven reporting and escalation management.
• Oversee delivery roadmaps and plans, track milestones and dependencies, and report status.
• Serve as the link between Penetration Testing and wider governance forums to align priorities.
• Coordinate with product/engineering, procurement, and finance to support governance and execution.
• Lead a small team, set direction, allocate work, remove blockers, and coach members.
