Penetration Tester (CTL - Infrastructure) - Belfast (Hybrid)

We're hiring an experienced CREST Certified Tester Licence (CTL) - Infrastructure Penetration Tester to join a dynamic, Belfast-based team delivering ethical hacking and security testing across web, cloud, and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct infrastructure, web & mobile penetration tests for a diverse client base
• Identify vulnerabilities, produce clear reports & advise on remediation
• Contribute to tool/methodology development & mentor junior testers
• Support pre-sales & share knowledge through blogs or speaking opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience
• Strong skills in network, web or mobile pen testing
• Proficient with tools like BurpSuite Pro, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus
• Deep understanding of Linux, Windows, AD & scripting (Python, Shell)
• Certifications such as OSCP, CSTL/CCT or equivalent
• Excellent communication & reporting abilities
• UK SC clearance & right to work in the UK
