Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in pentesting, covering web app, internal black-box, cloud, and WiFi assessments.
• Ideally working towards certifications like CPSA, Sec+, CEH, Pentest+, PPNT.
• UK Driver’s License is essential.

Overview

The role we are seeking to fill is for a Mid-level Pentester, who will become part of a small but growing team within a large organization. The role includes engagements in external, internal, web application, WiFi, Cloud, and red team pentesting, as well as OSINT, phishing campaigns, Cyber Essentials audits, and some governance projects. There is potential for cyber awareness training and network hardening consultations for our clients. This is a client-facing, fully remote position with potential travel opportunities for internal engagements, wireless assessments, and red teaming.

We are an expanding department and are looking for dynamic and innovative team members to deliver high-quality projects.

About You

Required Experience: 1-2 years of pentesting experience, including web application testing, internal black-box testing, cloud, and WiFi assessments.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Over 1 year of IT experience (Helpdesk/IT Support)
• Solid understanding of networking
• Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory
• Experience with Windows and Linux
• Proven pentesting experience
• Knowledge of OWASP vulnerabilities
• Currently working towards or has OSCP/CRT or equivalent certifications
• Enthusiasm for cybersecurity
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• UK Driver’s License (essential)

Desirable but not essential:

• Certifications such as CPSA, Sec+, CEH, Pentest+, PPNT
• Industry cybersecurity experience
• Experience with vulnerability scanning technologies
