Le candidat sera responsable de l'assurance qualité des tests réalisés, de la formation de nouveaux leaders d'équipe et du traitement des nouvelles candidatures. Avec un rôle majoritairement à distance, cette position nécessite une clearance SC et propose des missions de soutien auprès des membres du scheme. Ce rôle s'adresse aux experts en cybersécurité souhaitant avoir un impact significatif dans le secteur public.

Qualifications

• Expérience requise en tant que senior penetration tester.
• Expérience de gestion dans une équipe de simulation d'adversaire.
• Prior expérience au sein du Scheme souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Échantillonnage des rapports toute l'année pour garantir la conformité.
• Coaching et soutien pour les nouveaux Team Leaders.
• Traitement des nouvelles candidatures pour rejoindre le scheme.

Job Description:

The Industry Assurance team in Cyber Growth runs the Assured Penetration Testing Scheme on behalf of a public sector client, which mandates or strongly recommends such testing across all departments and infrastructure.

The team assesses the methodology and work of all scheme members from initial application through their entire participation. Members are supported to improve or, in extreme cases, are removed from the scheme.

We seek someone with experience as a senior penetration tester responsible for quality assuring the output of other testers in an operational environment. Experience as an assessor for a penetration testing exam body is also valuable.

Ideally, you will have prior experience working within the Scheme but should not have current contracts to avoid conflicts of interest.

The candidate should also have experience as a senior member of an adversary simulation team, overseeing and quality assuring team outputs.

You will undertake tasks including:

• Sampling reports throughout the year to ensure compliance and technical capability.
• Reviewing reports from new Team Leaders and providing coaching or remedial support as needed.
• Processing new applications from companies wishing to join the Scheme.

SC Clearance is required for this role.

The role is primarily remote (90%), with occasional meetings in Gloucestershire or London.
