Job summary

Atos is seeking a Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA/CLSA) to own the overall Pega solution architecture and guide delivery teams. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable designs, ensuring security, performance, and integration requirements are met.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on architectural duties, and collaboration with stakeholders across enterprise environments. UK eligibility and SC considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
• Proven track record as a Pega Lead System Architect or Solution Architect on large, complex programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Pega case management, architecture, data modelling and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical design of Pega applications.
• Lead solution design across case management, workflows, data models, integrations, security and UX.
• Define reusable components, enterprise design patterns and implementation standards.
