Role: PEGA Lead Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performing analysis of client requirements
2. Providing detailed solution architecture and design
3. Driving the design changes and technical deliveries from an architect standpoint
4. Leading and developing applications using Pega
5. Providing architecture and design guidance to project teams developing solutions using Pega Infinity
6. Developing and demonstrating an advanced knowledge of the PRPC architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
7. Being responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
8. Optimizing system performance, scalability, and security for Pega applications

Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

1. Pega LSA Certified and experience in Pega Lead System Architecture (LSA)
2. IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development
3. Experience with Pega Infinity and new Pega capabilities
4. Experience on Pega CS, CDH frameworks, Robotics, and AI capabilities on Cloud-based implementation
5. Strong experience scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
6. Previous experience as a lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs
7. Expertise and good understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, and different data sources including architecting and designing for performance and scalability solutions
8. Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object-Oriented concepts
9. Experience working with any of the Servlet containers or Enterprise containers like Tomcat
10. Knowledge of using any of the mentioned servers like deployment, configuring & troubleshooting

Desirable Knowledge:

1. Database and SQL knowledge
