Harris Hill is partnering with a leading HIV organisation on a powerful new initiative placing peer support at the heart of HIV care across East Anglia.
We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Integration Manager to lead this service—embedding lived experience into NHS settings, supporting people newly diagnosed or at risk of disengaging from care.
• Lead peer support delivery across 3 ICBs
• Supervise caseworkers and sessional staff
• Develop clinical and community partnerships
• Coordinate service evaluation and reporting
• Have experience in peer-led or community support
• Understand intersecting needs (mental health, housing, immigration)
• Be confident working across clinical and voluntary sectors
• 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + office closure
• Flexible, hybrid working
