Zusammenfassung

The Witherslack Group is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist based in Hemel Hempstead to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at Felden Hall School. You will deliver targeted SLT interventions for pupils with SEND, collaborate with education and residential staff, and support clinically informed living and learning environments.

Applicants should be HCPC registered, experienced with complex needs, and able to lead/ train teams while being highly organised and proactive in a

Qualifikationen

HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience supporting pupils with complex needs.
Ability to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children and young people.
Experience supporting teams around a child to provide clinically informed environments.
Strong organisational, leadership and training skills.

Aufgaben

Deliver individualised SLT interventions for pupils with SEND.
Collaborate with education and residential teams to plan and implement therapy.
Support multidisciplinary colleagues in implementing living and learning strategies for learners.
