Job summary

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an Assistant Practitioner in ophthalmology. The role involves delivering high quality patient care, undertaking assessment, implementation and evaluation of needs for a defined patient group under indirect supervision, and working as part of a multi-professional ophthalmology team across Warwick/Stratford Hospital Eye Units and in school environments.

The post is part-time (22.5 hours per week) Band 4.

• Eye care passion with paediatric ophthalmology focus.
• Self-motivated and proactive with ability to plan own workload and diary.
• Adaptable and flexible to adjust roles or tasks for the team's success.
