Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Paediatric Registered Nurse to lead a team delivering complex home-based care for a 5-year-old in Anglesey. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety and dignity, and strengthen family relationships.

You will oversee support workers, collaborate with the Clinical Lead, and help develop high-quality nursing plans while handling administration and rota duties across a 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC Pin.
• Complex paediatric clinical experience (including jejunal feeding and suctioning).
• Genuine passion for care and making a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of support workers under the Clinical Lead and Field Care Manager.
• Support the 5-year-old client with complex needs in home-based care, focusing on safety and wellbeing.
