360 Complex Care is seeking dedicated care staff to support two young children in Waterlooville with complex medical needs, delivering 1-1 care in the family home and community settings.

You will work closely with families and health professionals to ensure safety and comfort during night and day shifts, including tracheostomy and PEG tube care, daily living assistance, and effective communication with carers.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1-1 night-time care (21:00–07:00) for a 2-year-old with tracheostomy and PEG.
• Day shifts 09:00–15:00 Mon-Thu for the same child.
• Support a 3-year-old with PEG: nights 21:00–06:00 Mon-Fri and day 12:00–20:00.
