About Your Role
  • Due to growth, we seek a Pedestrian Modeller to join our UK team, which supports projects across sectors like Rail, Aviation, Sports, Tall Buildings, Cultural, and Masterplanning.
  • Our team is based in London, Leeds, and Newcastle, but applications from anywhere in the UK are welcome, with 33 offices to choose from.
  • You will build models, plan surveys, support junior staff, and contribute to business development, with opportunities for technical, managerial, and business growth.
  • Your initial focus will be on delivering current projects, with involvement in innovative research initiatives.
What We Look For
  • Undergraduate degree in a numerate or transport discipline; a Master’s is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience with at least one main Pedestrian Modelling software, such as Bentley Legion or PTV VISWALK.
  • Additional software skills like CAST, Mass Motion, VISUM, VISSIM, S-Paramics, SATURN, AIMSUM, LINSIG, TRANSYT, ArcGIS, or Power BI are beneficial.
  • 1-6 years of experience supporting project managers and assisting graduates.
  • Numerical skills for processing survey data, creating demand inputs, and analyzing outputs.
  • Familiarity with industry guidance/standards (e.g., Network Rail, Transport for London) is preferred.
