Le candidat idéal possédera un PGCE ou PCET, ainsi qu'une expérience préalable dans le soutien éducatif.
We are seeking qualified Physical Education teachers to support EOTAS students in Cardiff. Successful candidates must possess either a PGCE or PCET qualification and be able to teach up to GCSE level Physical Education.
The role involves 1-1 tuition for pupils who are not currently attending mainstream education or are working towards re-entering the system. Some pupils may have Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including Autism and emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties. Experience in supporting these needs, preferably with pastoral care within education, is essential.
The successful applicant will join the Engagement, Wellbeing, and Attainment team, working with pupils based at home or in Learning Centres. The position is predominantly supportive, with some teaching and guidance when necessary.
This role is 3 days per week, with potential to increase in hours or days. A full-time role with supply work in schools on free days may also be available.
Access to transport is essential, as travel to pupils' homes and learning centres will be required.
