Contract: Full-time, Temp
Are you a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher, looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Southwark. This position is available for an immediate start up until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension.
About the Role:
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: Full-time, temp
  • Position: PE Teacher
  • Location: South West London, Richmond
  • Working Hours: Full-time
  • Pay: £198.80 - £295.50
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons to students across various year groups
  • Encourage physical activity, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards health and fitness
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Work closely with a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to meet the needs of all students
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
About you - as a PE Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Specialism in Physical Education with a strong understanding of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with a commitment to making a difference
