Salary: £29,344 - £44,919

The Role:

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to all student abilities, ensuring that every child can engage with and enjoy physical activity.

  • Lead extracurricular sports clubs and activities, providing students with additional opportunities to hone their abilities and get involved outside of regular lessons.

  • Encourage students to understand the importance of fitness and well-being, helping them build habits that last a lifetime.

  • Work closely with colleagues across different subjects to integrate physical education into the broader school curriculum, promoting cross-disciplinary learning.

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure that every student is supported in their development.

  • Contribute to school life by taking part in sports events, competitions, and other initiatives that promote physical activity across the community.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for Physical Education.

  • Previous experience teaching PE at the primary or secondary level, with the ability to tailor lessons for different age groups and skill levels.

  • A deep understanding of the curriculum and a knack for making lessons exciting and accessible for all students.
