Job summary

Chantry Academy is seeking a Teacher of PE to deliver engaging, well-structured PE lessons that inspire participation and progress for pupils of all abilities. You’ll contribute to a collaborative department and support the academy’s focus on health, wellbeing and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified PE teacher with appropriate certification.
• Experience delivering engaging PE lessons.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver PE lessons aligned with the academy curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to needs.
• Set high expectations to drive progress and outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider academy life.
• Promote pupil wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
