Salary: £140 – £200 per day

Role Summary:
An inclusive secondary school in Stockport is seeking a qualified PE Teacher to lead lessons across KS3 and KS4, with a focus on delivering the girls' PE curriculum. The school has excellent sports facilities and a committed faculty who promote physical health and active lifestyles across all year groups.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Delivering dynamic and inclusive PE lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Promoting health and well-being across the student body

  • Organising inter-school sports competitions and extracurricular clubs

  • Preparing students for GCSE PE and BTEC Sport (if applicable)

  • Contributing to whole-school initiatives around health and physical activity

Requirements:

  • QTS and PE specialism (ECTs welcome to apply)

  • Experience delivering a girls’ PE curriculum including netball, athletics, and dance

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Enthusiasm and a team-focused approach to departmental responsibilities
