Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting for experienced qualified PE teachers and Early Career Teachers to work on a temporary day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis in the Exeter area. We partner with many secondary schools to find the right position, offering guidance and support throughout the process.

Roles include PE at KS4 and beyond, with opportunities for permanent positions and ongoing CPD. You will be paid on a PAYE basis with market-leading pay rates and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• QTS with PE specialization is required.
• Experience teaching PE up to KS4 is essential.
• Excellent classroom management is expected.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Job Title: PE Teacher

Location: Exeter

Start Date: September

Salary: £155 - £232.58 per day

I have partnered with many secondary schools across the Exeter area, meaning my need qualified PE Teachers and good quality staff is at an all-time high. Our long-standing relationships with schools mean that we can find you the position that's right for you, giving you guidance and advice along the way. I also recruit for long term and permanent roles!

The successful qualified PE will have:

• QTS with PE specialism (ECT s are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching PE up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills
