Job Opportunity: PE Teacher

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated PE teacher to work at a supportive and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Alcester, Warwickshire (B49).

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience delivering PE lessons within UK secondary schools
• Coaching experience is desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities:

• Deliver PE sessions to KS3 and KS4
• Assess pupil progress effectively, planning future lessons according to pupils' needs
• Lead extracurricular sports activities and encourage active involvement among all pupils
• Create an inclusive and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive

Pay rates quoted include statutory holiday pay of 12.07%. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
