We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated PE teacher to work at a supportive and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Alcester, Warwickshire (B49).

About the Role

Are you a passionate and energetic PE teacher ready to make a difference? We are seeking a committed individual to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Alcester.

Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience delivering PE lessons within UK secondary schools
  • Coaching experience is desirable but not essential
  • Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one
Responsibilities
  • Deliver PE sessions to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Assess pupil progress effectively and plan future lessons accordingly
  • Lead extracurricular sports activities and encourage active participation
  • Create an inclusive and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is initially temporary, with potential for permanent employment later.
