Job Title: Full-Time PE Sports Coach – Primary Schools (East London & Essex)

Salary: £25,000 per annum (plus bonus opportunities up to £3,000 p/a)

Contract: Full-Time (Minimum 37 hours per week), with part-time and term-time contracts also available

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced PE Sports Coach to deliver high-quality sessions across primary schools in East London and Essex. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, delivering a variety of sports sessions designed to engage and inspire children of all abilities.

Due to continued growth and success, we are now expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced sports coaches to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, engaging sports sessions across a range of disciplines
• Work in various primary school settings, supporting PE lessons and extracurricular activities
• Promote positive behaviour and learning routines
• Ensure all sessions are inclusive, safe, and enjoyable
• Build strong relationships with school staff, pupils, and parents
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service

Requirements

• At least one Level 2 NGB coaching qualification
• Confident classroom and group management
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
• Experience working with children in a school or coaching environment
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate children
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
• A team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
