Overview

PE and Science Teacher - Northumberland. The Education Network is partnering with a school in the Northumberland area to recruit a teacher who can combine PE and Science for a full-time role. The role is to commence as soon as possible and has the potential to become a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Teach PE and Science at KS3-4 as appropriate.
• Plan, deliver and assess lessons and manage classroom activities.
• Work with colleagues, staff, parents and students to support learning and safeguarding.

Qualifications and Requirements

• QTS or other UK recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching PE or Science at KS3-4.
• A degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience in the classroom.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff, parents and students.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
