My client is a leading national PE firm with a successful track record of producing high returns.

The firm has recently launched a new VCT/lower mid-market Private Equity growth fund targeting high-quality, ambitious SMEs across Yorkshire, East Midlands, and Humber regions, with equity investments up to £5m.

This hands-on Investment Manager role will include:

1. Operating as part of a cohesive, high-quality PE Investment team.
2. Marketing the Fund using your strong professional network and leading the proactive identification of "off market" SME targets across the region.
3. Managing the entire deal process from origination to completion.
4. Providing ongoing professional support and advice to portfolio companies to help them achieve strategic goals, maximize growth potential, and increase shareholder value for successful future exits.

The successful candidate will either be an experienced Corporate Finance professional seeking to advance into a PE Investor role or an Investment Executive/Manager attracted by the career opportunities within this leading national PE firm.

You must be self-driven, results-oriented, and focused on quality and performance, with an engaging personality capable of building strong, trusted relationships within the deal-making community and with portfolio companies.

In return, my client offers a competitive starting salary between £70k-£90k, a strong annual bonus, and participation in the Fund "Carry" scheme, which is expected to deliver significant future value.
