Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club seeks a dedicated professional to lead rehabilitation and reintegration for PDP players. You will manage gym- and pitch-based rehab, coordinating with doctors, physiotherapists, and S&C to return players to performance.

The role requires expertise in data-driven progressions, GPS monitoring, and football-specific conditioning, ensuring safe, effective return-to-play while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sport Science, Rehabilitation, Strength and Conditioning or a related discipline.
• UKSCA Accreditation or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in elite sport delivering high-performance rehabilitation and reconditioning training.
• Strong understanding of the physiological, biomechanical and physical demands of elite football.
• Experience using objective testing and monitoring to inform rehabilitation and programme progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation and reconditioning progression from gym-based rehab to pitch and team training.
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, S&C and coaching staff to deliver rehab and return-to-performance programmes.
• Oversee rehabilitation gym-based testing and data-informed progression.
• Ensure safeguarding and professional standards within a high-performance academy.
