Job summary

Greenlight Automotive is seeking a PDI Technician to perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure used vehicles meet quality standards before they reach customers. You'll be responsible for inspections, servicing, and final quality checks in a fast-paced workshop.

With £35,000–£45,000 per year, the role offers a stable salary in the UK and opportunities to work with premium vehicles. A full UK driving licence and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections on used vehicles
• Complete servicing, maintenance, and repair work
• Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
• Accurately record diagnostics, repairs, and parts used
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
• Work closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every vehicle
