Job summary

Holt-Recruitment in Crewe is assisting a busy workshop to recruit a PDI Technician. You will prepare vehicles to the highest standard, perform pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles, and work to manufacturer standards to meet set timescales.

The role is full-time and permanent with a basic salary of £35,000 - £37,000 plus bonus and overtime. Ongoing training and clear career progression are offered in a modern workshop environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work
• Work efficiently to manufacturer standards and timescales
• Record diagnostics, repairs, and parts used accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
• Work closely with the wider workshop team
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every vehicle
