Job summary

Command Recruitment is seeking a PDI Technician for a 4 on 4 off shift pattern in the UK. You will prepare vehicles for resale, performing PDI and light servicing in a well-equipped workshop with strong team support.

The role offers a £33,600 salary for qualified or experienced technicians, with 38.5 hours weekly over the year. Training and development opportunities are highlighted, along with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• PDI and sales preparation experience preferred.
• Capable of getting used cars retail-ready.
• Ability to diagnose and assist with vehicle repairs following manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform General Servicing and light mechanical repairs.
• Get used cars retail-ready for resale (brakes, suspensions, minor replacements).
• Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer guidelines.
• Complete PDI and final quality checks on all vehicles.
