Job summary

Manpower are currently looking to recruit PDI Operatives for one of our clients in the Stallingborough area. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm, with occasional weekends when required. This role is based outdoors, so please be prepared to work outside.

The rate of pay while you are training is £12.91 per hour. Key duties include performing pre-delivery inspections, road testing, adjusting tyre pressure, inspecting on ramps, installing plates, using torque wrenches, running

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Full clean UK driving license required
• Must have own vehicle to access site

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
• Road testing
• Adjust tyre pressure
• Inspect on ramps
• Install registration plates
• Use torque wrenches
• Run diagnostic checks
• Valet and check vehicle quality
• Handle vehicle paperwork and confirm VIN numbers
• Report any vehicle defects
• Move vehicles safely around the port
• Maintain high vehicle presentation standards
• Follow Health & Safety rules
• Attend meetings and train staff as needed
