Job summary

elix Sourcing Solutions is sourcing a PDI Operative for a Bristol area role. You will perform pre-delivery inspections on portable generators and undertake basic repair work in a Monday–Friday schedule, with training provided and opportunities for progression.

A valid driving licence is essential and forklift training may be included as part of the role. The position offers a salary of £30,000–£34,000 plus a bonus (OTE around £38k) and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical qualification is required.
• Driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform PDI on portable generators.
• Carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs as required.

The company are a nationwide market leader in specialist industrial equipment rental which includes portable generators used in industries such as construction.

The role involves conducting PDI’s on portable generators and basic repair work in a Monday to Friday role. Training will be provided.
