Job description

We are looking for an experienced PDI Technician to join the workshop-based team. The purpose of the role is reconditioning of Bakery & Catering equipment. The position would be ideally suited to a hands-on technician looking to improve on experience and with a view to build on any existing qualifications.

Duties to Include:

  • Conduct quality inspections of in-process materials and finished bakery machines to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Testing the performance and functionality of machines to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting quality issues in machines and working closely with the production team to resolve them.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain and improve machine quality.
  • Maintaining records and documentation of quality control processes and results.
