We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PDI/Service Technician to join a prestigious dealership.

The Technician role offers a basic salary of £37,000 (Level 2) and £42,000 (Level 3) per annum OTE + overtime at rate x. Key Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
  2. Carry out all work completely and effectively, adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
  3. Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised, in line with group and manufacturer standards.
  4. Keep work areas clean, tidy, organized, and safe from hazards to health and safety.
  5. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and professional manner.
  6. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are met at all times.
  7. Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
  8. Have at least 2 years of experience after a qualifying period working in a dealership as a Technician (or similar).
  9. Possess good technical knowledge.
  10. Must have a valid driving license.
  11. Ability to work independently without supervision.
  12. Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of work performed.
