Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking a PDI Technician to join a busy Coventry workshop. You will perform pre-delivery inspections, servicing and repairs to ensure each vehicle is prepared to the highest standard before handing it to the customer.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a basic salary of £32,000–£35,000 plus bonus and overtime. Minimum 2 years' experience and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) are preferred, along with a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
• Work efficiently to manufacturer standards and timescales.
• Record diagnostics, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
• Work closely with the wider workshop team.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every vehicle.

About the Role

As a PDI Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard before reaching the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work

What We're Looking For
