Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining our fleet of modern PSV vehicles
  • Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Carry out additional tasks appropriate to the role to support the smooth operation of the engineering department
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any concerns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical repair.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and processes related to vehicle maintenance.
  • Attention to Detail: Approach inspections and maintenance tasks with meticulousness, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • NVQ Level 3 in HGV or similar is preferred

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available
  • Weekend availability
