Job summary

Arriva Stockton depot is seeking a qualified PCV Bus Driver to connect communities with reliable, friendly service. You’ll drive routes, greet passengers, and maintain safe, punctual journeys.

The role offers pay £14.00–£16.30 per hour, 5 out of 7 rotating shifts, 28 days annual leave rising to 33, free bus travel for you and your family, Arriva Workplace Pension and ongoing CPC training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PCV Licence – non-negotiable.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence or higher.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive routes to get commuters to work on time.
• Assist passengers with errands and enquiries.
• Ensure children are safely transported to school.
• Build relationships with familiar faces on routes.
