Job summary

Times24 UK Limited is hiring a PCV Driver to operate company vehicles on pre-determined routes, transporting passengers safely and efficiently to airport terminals. You will deliver high-quality customer service, maintain communication with team leaders, and ensure regulatory compliance on every shift.

The role requires a Category D PCV licence, a valid CPC card, and adherence to traffic and PCV regulations. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate and a structured 4-on/4-off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Must hold Category D PCV licence.
• Must have valid CPC card.
• License must have no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers from Times 24 car parks to main airport terminal.
• Interact with customers to ensure a professional car park operation.
• Provide customer service on site when approached by the public.
• Maintain clear communications with team leader and staff to resolve issues.
• Adhere to PCV regulations on passenger boarding at stops.
• Deliver punctual and efficient service to customers/clients.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and keep vehicle clean to meet company standards.

The purpose of this position is to drive company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner at all times over pre determined routes, ensuring services are run according to the agreed service levels whilst complying with all PCV and Traffic regulations.

The purpose of this position is to drive company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner at all times over pre determined routes, ensuring services are run according to the agreed service levels whilst complying with all PCV and Traffic regulations.

Salary and shifts:

• £15.50 per hour
• 40.25 hours per week , working a 4 On 4 Off shift pattern

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Transport passengers from Times 24 car parks to main airport terminal.
• Interact and build relations with customers to ensure delivery of a professional and working car park operation.
• Provide appropriate customer service support when approached on site by members of the public.
• Maintain good communications and consult regularly with the team leader and car park staff, seeking assistance and contributing to the resolution of outstanding issues.
• Ensure all PCV regulations regarding passengers boarding and alighting at recognised stops only are adhered to.
• Ensure we deliver a punctual and efficient service to our customers/clients.
• Daily vehicle checks, ensure cleanliness is maintained during the shift to ensure company standards are achieved and maintained.

Requirements:

• Category D PCV driving licence
• Valid CPC card
• No more that 6 penalty points on licence for insurance purposes
• You will be aware of all Traffic and PCV driving Regulations.
