Job summary
Hunter Selection is seeking a PCS7 Control Systems Engineer in Warrington (on-site) to deliver control system upgrades and ongoing support for a pharmaceutical client. You will work with Siemens PCS7, guiding projects from design through commissioning, diagnose faults in live environments, and contribute to continuous improvement to minimise downtime in 24/7 manufacturing.
Travel to customer sites across the Northwest is required.
Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in control systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience with DCS systems (Siemens PCS7).
- GMP manufacturing environment experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Upgrade and support PCS7 control systems from design to commissioning.
- Diagnose faults in live PCS7 environments.
- Provide remote on-call support and customer-facing project work.
- Travel to customer sites across the Northwest as required.
