The NHS is expanding its team by hiring 2 Salaried General Practitioners for North Shropshire. This role involves working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, while being accountable for clinical excellence and participating in staff education. Ideal for newly qualified GPs seeking an engaging work environment among a dedicated team.

We are looking to expand our team by employing Salaried General Practitioners to work alongside our practices and PCN staff across North Shropshire. We are looking to appoint 2 Salaried GPs to cover the East and West of North Shropshire to support our practices on a day-to-day basis, along with enhanced access and support of projects as they develop within the PCN.

Purpose of the Role
To perform as an autonomous general practitioner working independently and with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting. Provide expert advice to patients, carers, and colleagues, ensuring clinical excellence. Involve in education and training for GP Registrars and staff. Be professionally accountable and responsible for all clinical practice elements, ensuring patient safety and quality of care in accordance with the GMC code of conduct.

As an autonomous general practitioner, assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting, providing expert advice and maintaining clinical excellence. Participate in education and training activities, and be accountable for clinical practice in line with GMC standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.
