About

Menlo Park is working with a highly regarded PCN looking to add a Pharmacist to their growing team on a full-time basis. They are open to considering Pharmacists from all pharmacy backgrounds. Training will be provided to become a prescriber and to complete the CPPE pathway if not already done. You will be part of a motivated and forward-thinking team dedicated to offering the best service to patients.

Salary

£44,000 - £52,650 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

The Surgery

• Very forward-thinking and supportive PCN
• Well-established in the community
• Motivated to help you progress and succeed as an on-site Pharmacist
• Work across two practices within the PCN
• Emis Web computer system

Your Role

• Full-Time PCN Pharmacist (37.5 hours) – Mon-Fri
• Work alongside a varied and experienced MDT
• Provide expert advice to patients and staff regarding drug management
• No home visits
• No extended hours
