PCN Operations Manager – 3-Month Contract

Location: Merstow Green Practice, Evesham (The Vale PCN)

Rate: £25 per hour

Contract: 3 months (full-time preferred)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

The Vale Primary Care Network is seeking an experienced and organised PCN Operations Manager to join us on a 3-month contract to support the smooth running of our network, based at Merstow Green Practice in Evesham.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, provide operational leadership, and coordinate key activities across our member practices. You’ll be the go-to person for managing projects, tracking performance, and supporting the delivery of local and national priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day PCN operations across the network
• Support the management of ARRS roles, service delivery, and reporting
• Act as a key point of contact with the ICB, local practices, and external partners
• Organise and minute PCN meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
• Oversee short-term projects and assist with financial and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in primary care, NHS operations, or PCN delivery
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Available for an immediate start and able to commit to the 3-month contract
