A local healthcare provider in Gateshead is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to enhance patient care within the Primary Care Network. Candidates will work in a supportive team and have opportunities for professional development, including becoming an Independent Prescriber. This role is key in improving the patient experience and safety in general practice.
CBC Health Federation are looking to recruit ClinicalPharmacists to work in the local Primary Care Network. We have an excitingopportunity for proactive pharmacists to join our supportive multidisciplinaryteam to improve the quality of general practice within the Network by improvingthe patient experience, maximising safety and contributing to resilience. Thesuccessful candidates will be supported by other clinical pharmacists and willhave support from the wider Pharmicus team to enable individual and peer mentoringto take place.
There is also the opportunity to access and complete NHSEngland's accredited primary care pharmacy education pathway, should you notalready hold this qualification. As well as the opportunity to develop as anIndependent Prescriber, which will equip you to practice and prescribe safelyand effectively in a primary care setting; this is not essential and is open tofurther discussion.
