Job description

We are seeking a PCN Admin Coordinator tosupport the PCN Clinical Director, PCN Manager, HR Officer and Management Teamby providing efficient secretarial and administrative services in a fast-pacedenvironment.

This is a hybrid role, you will be required to work from the Maidenhead office once a week and remotely on other days.

Benefits include NHS Pensions, 25 days annual leave and additional bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
  • Diarising and administrating meetings
  • Minutes and action log coordination
  • Ensuring action log items are progressed
  • Managing Protected Learning Time events and organisingPCN-wide training
  • Organising and managing PCN events
  • HR Admin
  • Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
  • Updating the PCN website and social media pages
  • Compiling reports
  • Conducting searches
  • Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
  • Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
  • Communicating risks and issues
  • Project administration
  • Rota Preparation
