Job description

Overview

As a Test Operator, you will be responsible for the set up and running of production testing of PCBs. The role will be in the CH18 PCB and requires flexibility to work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team.

Responsibilities

• Support for Test processes, Genrad 1-2-1 ICT, Functional testing, and LM Star tests
• Accurate logging of failure data in FRACAS database and assisting with possible root cause fixes
• All aspects of setup of equipment to support test; compliance with and adherence to relevant processes and procedures
• The ability to identify trends and root cause to eliminate future fails
• The ability to formulate your own shift plan to deliver product in line with the MPS and customer requirements
• Read and follow manufacturing plans
• Ensure quality and health & safety adherence
• Follow daily manufacturing metrics
• Participate in lean activities and other initiatives
• Support manufacturing delivery needs
• Work in teams to achieve delivery targets
• Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
