South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking a permanent Solderer/Assembler in Poole to join a precision electronics team. You will perform cable soldering and PCB assembly, with an emphasis on intricate soldering techniques, to support ongoing production.

Ideal candidates have over two years in PCB soldering or related small component soldering, and are available for a Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:30 schedule (Fridays 13:30 finish). A 12-week probation applies before permanent appointment.
