South West Recruitment Ltd in Poole is seeking a permanent Solderer and Wiring Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on soldering cables and wiring assemblies, including terminating cable ends.

Ideal candidates will have over 2 years experience in cable/PCB soldering or 2 years plus in prototype wiring, with a careful, quality‑focused approach and good manual dexterity. Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00–16:30; Fri 13:30 finish. Permanent after a 12 week probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cable/PCB soldering.
• Experience with wiring assemblies and terminations.
• Prototyping wiring experience is a plus.
