Our client is the world’s largest company focused on communication solutions for industrial markets. Founded in 1946, their products set industry standards for durability and reliability. They are currently recruiting an experienced PCB assembler for their facility in Burton upon Trent.

The PCB assembler will be part of a team of technicians and solderers responsible for all aspects of the assembly process. Occasionally, support for other production activities including inspection may be required.

Candidates must demonstrate soldering aptitude through our trade test and achieve high levels of output and quality. Excellent tactile proficiency with small components is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand soldering
• Monitoring process quality and productivity
• Reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and bills of materials
• Using basic computer skills, including our QL system for barcode work

Working hours:

07:30 - 17:15, Monday to Thursday, 37-hour week

Overtime available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
