Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a PC/EPOS Field Service Engineer to cover London and the Home Counties. You will install, configure and repair PC/EPOS systems across customer sites, with a strong emphasis on fault diagnosis and customer communication.

The role requires travel, flexibility in hours and a full driving licence. The successful candidate will have practical PC/EPOS skills and a proactive, 문제-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• PC/EPOS technical skills and basic PC knowledge required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake extensive driving and travel.
• Flexible approach to travel, working hours and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Install new PCs and rebuild systems, including reloading Microsoft operating systems.
• Repair receipt printers to assembly level.
• Repair cash drawers, including replacing springs and solenoids.
• Diagnose and repair laser printers to assembly level.
• Diagnose, repair and replace barcode scanners.
• Detect and remove virus infections.
• Provide technical support across PC/EPOS equipment and related systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the call centre.
• Follow structured schedules and established procedures.
