Location: Field-Based (Various Locations in and around Essex)

Salary: £27,500

The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Positive Behaviour Support

Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct descriptive functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans.
  • Work alongside individuals, families, and staff to implement effective PBS

interventions.

  • Mentor and coach support teams to deliver proactive, consistent care.
  • Analyse behavioural data to evaluate progress and improve outcomes.
  • Help reduce restrictive practices in line with Restraint Reduction Network (RRN)

principles.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals including psychologists, therapists,

and social workers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in PBS, psychology, education, or health & social care.
  • Is passionate about improving lives and reducing behaviours of concern.
  • Has excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Understands and promotes values such as dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Driving and own vehicle essential
  • Qualified to a level 3 or above.

Experience in delivering PROACT-SCIPr-UK training or holding a valid PROACT-SCIPr-UK instructor qualification.
