Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance
Location: Remote with Travel
Your Role
- Support during assessment, transition, and move-in of supported individuals in collaboration with the operations and referrals team.
- Assist the operations team in developing high-quality support plans.
- Provide hands-on support during crises.
- Train support teams on PBS, PCAS, and reducing Restrictive Practices.
- Conduct functional assessments and implement intervention strategies based on PBS principles.
- Lead and develop initiatives for care practice improvement.

About You
To succeed, you should:
- Have a degree or equivalent with extensive experience in PBS application.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing and able to travel and work in services 4 days per week.
- Be skilled in creative, person-centered approaches.
- Be able to explain, develop, and follow policies and protocols.
